I have just installed Ubuntu from the 6.10 CD. After a short use, I had to go
back to Windows, in dual boot mode. After a short time I came back to Ubuntu to
resume my work. The second or third time I did that, the screen resolution
stuck at 640x480x60Hz.
I immediately began to look for a hotfix, sinaptic or whatever info I could
find. As the search was fruitless, I unistalled Ubuntu and reinstalled it.
After a few boot the resolution stuck again at 640x480.
This is happening in an Intel(R) 82945G Express onboard graphics that came with
HP dc7600 convertible minitower. As I'm using the old CRT monitor because I
just can't adjust to LCD flicker, this may be the same problem as previous
posts described.
How can I fix that? I want a resolution for that! A screen resolution, for that
matter!!

Thank you for reading.
