New Feature:

Set UTF-8 as default encoding (ported from 1.4 branch).
Bug fix:
* src/scim_anthy_reading.cpp: Set NICOLA engine as case sensitive.
Impact is very huge. Because It can input many characters.
And it is just a setting change. I think it is no regression.
