Apologies for this being a little vague. Had ath5k working flawlessly in
8.10 (2.6.27-11). Thursday the 26th Feb 2009 I allowed an update without
paying too much attention to it only to find it had borked my wireless.
Turning it on lets it run for about 10 seconds and then it shuts off.
During the few seconds it is up you can iwlist wlan0 scanning and see
local AP's.
