Binary package hint: openoffice.org-writer
1. open basic document
2. Edit Paragraph Style for "Heading 2"
3. add numbering style 2
4. enter several Heading 2 headings
5. for some of them, select Restart numbering
6. save, exit, open document
7. the restarted numbering from step 5 is lost
