We cannot make the new versions of the installer available for already
released versions of Ubuntu. Equally, we have to cherry pick patches to
ubiquity for a point release as we are not able to upload entirely new
versions full of new features that have not been sufficiently battle-
tested to a LTS release.
My suggestion is that you request on specific bug reports that the fixes
contained be targeted for the ubuntu-8.04.3 milestone.
