I'm sorry, but the file you've attached does not contain enough detail
for me to be able to determine the cause of this bug.
Can you please run the installer in debug mode (`ubiquity --debug` from
a terminal window) and attach /var/log/syslog, /var/log/installer/debug,
and /var/log/partman to this bug report?
