The issue is reproducable in Intrepid and Jaunty with different error messages.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Automatic Login (in Gnome-panel: System: Administration: Login
Window: Security-tab)
2. Reboot (note: I don't need to unlock the key storage for internet access, it
might be different with WLAN)
3. Use nautilus' Connect-to-server-gui (either in Gnome-panel: Places or in
Nautilus: File) to connect to a ssh-server that you access with a private key.
Your key-file should be in ~/.ssh/ - I guess it's the same with other types of
servers that require authentication.

What happens?
Jaunty: nothing for a long time, then it says: "Could not display
'sftp://someserver/'. Error: DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply:
Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)".
Intrepid: "Could not display 'sftp://someserver'. Access denied." (Intrepid
error translated from German). Intrepid shows also different behaviour if
connecting via bookmarks in the gnome-panel places, it fails silently in this
case.

What should happen?
It should be the same as in the terminal. After typing "ssh someserver" a popup
appears asking for your password: "Enter password to unlock the certificate/key
storage. An application wants access to the certificate/key storage 'User
Keys', but it is locked". After that another popup (only Jaunty in my case)
says: "Enter password to unlock the private key. An application wants access to
the private key 'xxx', but it is locked".
