Public bug reported:

Hi,

openvas-libnasl depends on libopenvas1-dev, that does not exist in
Jaunty. We have to use libopenvas2-dev instead.

Checking for source dependency conflicts...
  /usr/bin/sudo /usr/bin/apt-get --purge $CHROOT_OPTIONS -q -y install
debhelper autotools-dev libopenvas1-dev libgpgme11-dev bison libpcap0.8-dev
libgcrypt11-dev libgnutls-dev

Package libopenvas1-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  libopenvas2-dev
E: Package libopenvas1-dev has no installation candidate
apt-get failed.
Package installation failed
Trying to reinstall removed packages:
Trying to uninstall newly installed packages:
Source-dependencies not satisfied; skipping openvas-libnasl
