Why has the status changed to "Incomplete"? Why is this bug report incomplete? Everyone can reproduce this bug: - Just install Ubuntu in Dutch with Dutch regional settings (for example in VirtualBox); - You then have a Dutch version of Ubuntu with the Dutch version of OpenOffice.org; - Just start OpenOffice.org Calc and type the name of the months in Dutch while using a capital for the first character of every month (Januari, Februari, Maart, April, Mei. Juni, Juli, Augustus, September, Oktober, November, December); - Calc will replace the capital for a lower case character.
