Yeah Steve, that wiki page very unprominently mentions apport-collect, and after other instructions which people are likely to have already followed, so it is a little confusing to point to the wiki. I think Santiago followed the wiki instructions. Perhaps it should be changed, the default thing you should do shouldn't be after the things you shouldn't do without any explanation.
Santiago, did you run the command from Steve in a terminal?
