Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: python2.6

When I run GRAMPS 3.1.0 as follows (which is the default in the GRAMPS
startup script) then it crashes:

python -O gramps.py

When I run GRAMPS 3.1.0 without the -O flag, then it does not crash.
