Julian, thanks for your report, however i believe that this is not the
right bug to reopen, instead go to bug #27622
Please reopen this bug only if ubiquity is not changing the papersize
content according to the locale.
In this case it seems that the es_CO.UTF-8 locale is using a4 for
letter, so the bug is not here.
