Thank you for responding to my bug report.

1. Yes! It is reproducible. I did it twice without trying very hard.

2. Go to screen resolution, and change the resolution from 1028 x 728 to
another one. Click on apply, and wait for the changes to be made. Go back to
change the screen resolution back to 1028 x 728, click on apply. The desktop
then freezes, although the mouse still functions. However, when the desktop
freezes, I could not gain access to any of the menus, or even try to
shutdown. To fix this, I just remove the laptop battery. In the bug report,
I own a IBM Thinkpad T-42. Whether this bug is reproducible on other systems
 I dunno.

Dunno know about the third one.

better. Please answer these questions:

  * Is this reproducible?
  * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
  * Could you add your .xsession-errors to the bug after getting the issue?

  This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
