Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.17

Upgrading x86 linux-image-2.6.17-10-generic  to version 2.6.17.1-10.34 on a
Thinkpad X30 broke handling my USB mouse and ethernet.  Reverting to
2.6.17-10.33 fixed the problem.

The mouse was unresponsive and I couldn't get a network connexion from
the Intel Corporation 82801CAM (ICH3) PRO/100 VE NIC.  I don't see anything
in the kernel log obviously related to the ethernet problem, but this looks
relevant to the USB one:
