I'm running (K)Ubuntu Intrepid, fully updated. Since a few days I have
gotten disconnected far more than normal from an existing, connected
wifi connection. (I haven't had any wifi troubles for months.) When I
look in /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log, I get the following messages:

It happens at quite a regular frequency and I can't help but think that it
might have something to do with the recent TLS updates.
I also have a friend who remarked that he also hadn't had anymore wifi problems
since his reinstallation (about a week ago) and he now also has problems. We
get the same error messages.
