Binary package hint: apport
The VLC player crashed twice during the playback of a file in .ogm
format. At the first crash I simply restarted VLC and continued with
the file. At the second crash, an opportunity to report a bug arose,
but when I chose to report the bug the computer froze while collecting
the crash data. I then hit alt-prt scr-r, s, e, i, u, b and
successfully restarted my HP Pavilion N5495 laptop. Afterwards, another
opportunity arose to report a bug, which is this report.
