is this still an issue with 8.10 or later?
since the file referenced in the description is no longer accesible, I
cannot verify this myself. at least with my local mp3 files i cannot
reproduce this.
if the problem still persists, please reopen this bug with an example
mp3 file that demonstrates this bug.
