Unless the crash has the same backtrace it's most likely not the same
crash.

According to the backtrace this looks very much like a bug in Qt4 itself. Is
this still a problem with the latest updates? (Qt was recently updated to Qt
4.5 final, whereas you had Qt 4.5 release candidate 1)
