Public bug reported:
I have many files with extension .oga (encoded with soudjuicer or grip),
they are simply ignored by quodlibet (they work with rhythmbox or
exaile).
I think it's just a file extension problem, quodlibet should add to its
extension list .oga (which is the same as .ogg).
