Public bug reported:
In intrepid, I had a warning when battery was running out : something
like "only 15 minutes left" and then "only 5 minutes left".
On Jaunty, the only notification I had was "Battery low, shutting down".
I immediatly grabed the cable and pluged it but, too late, as soon as
the notifcation is displayed, the shutdown process begin.
I would like to be warned a few minutes before the shutdown so I can
plug the computer if I want.
