Binary package hint: compiz
The title of this bug may seem a bit weird, but it can indeed not be
desired behaviour to allow the Show Desktop plugin to be toggled always.
Currently it also works when both the Scale and Expo plugins are active.
This isn't really necessary and can only cause other bugs or will
confuse users.
