Public bug reported:
Mirror http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com stalls while downloading often.
It sometimes says "241 Bytes / sec" or "Stalled" but my usual speed is about 80
KBytes/sec.
It sometimes does not resume downloading until the apt-get process is killed
and started again.
First seen April 08.
Using ubuntu.virginmedia.com as a backup now, downloading is much
smoother.
