Are you using totem-gstreamer or totem-xine?
Normally installing libdvdcss2 from Medibuntu should work, but could you try to
get it by running:
/usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
Maybe there's a problem between the new version 4 of libdvdread and
Medibuntu packages. Have you installed libdvdread3 and/or libdvdread4?
