Please open a Terminal, do
cd /var/crash
ls -l
Now looks at the available crash report files and pick the one which is
for the CPU frequency selector. Use that in
/usr/share/apport/apport-gtk -c _the_name_you_figured_out.crash
This should crash again. Please copy&paste the output here.
