Hey, thanks for quick reply Pedro - didn't expect that. Well I just cannot watch movies with my DVD player. I simply cannot believe that this could be HW issue, because it can understand eg. Ubuntu data, but movies it does not play. There's a very disturbing blinking and stucking and the sounds are intermittent as well. It must be a SW issue. I'm thinking of removing all video codecs and downloading only one reputable software.
This problem is the same regardless of which kind of movien I'm playing - original or copies. Any ideas how to get started - I'm not very technical as you've already noticed.
