Public bug reported:
When I installed dapper on my laptop I had this problem. Whenever I pressed the
dvd button or when I inserted a dvd or when I inserted the headphones all sound
was immediately lost...
I couldn't figure out why but when I upgraded to edgy the problem was
fixed..Everything worked flawlessly so I figured it was some package about the
sound or the kernel.
Unfortunately, after downloading some updates a few weeks ago, this problem
came back..I don't know if this is a bug but I would appreciate any help..
