Hey, just added those values and now start messing around, and I get a
new tooltip message: "Paused by battery". It seems that if the config
key doesn't exist, trackerd doesn't set it and doesn't use it.

Putting an initial value in the config file seems to be a good
workaround; I'd hope that a long-term fix would have trackerd create a
config key if it doesn't exist when set in the GUI (so that we won't
have this problem with other newly-added config options)

For those who want to know how, insert these two lines into
$YOURHOME/.config/tracker/tracker.config

BatteryIndex=false
BatteryIndexInitial=false

and things should work.
