Binary package hint: pidgin-libnotify
with the indicator-applet patch, the obvious way to close pidgin does not work:
the window-decorator button X hides the window completely, and a user might
think that pidgin is closed, because he won't see any window opened, nor any
tray icon (unless he uses the pidgin icon-tray, which is useless now that we
have the indicator-applet). The pidgin window in "hidden" in the menu of the
indicator-applet.
The only way that I know to close pidgin is Buddies->Quit or CTRL-Q
We need a smarter way to close pidgin
