It looks like a failed dist-upgrade opened 14 different bugs in
different packages with the same problem. This one appears to have the
most complete set of log files, so I've marked them all duplicates of
this one. The actual error here appears to be this message, from
VarLogDistupgradeApttermlog.gz, which repeats 14 times, once for each
package for which a bug was opened:
