Run Synaptic, mark the ntlmaps for installation and choose file ->
create download script. Copy the script to a computer with Internet
access and run the script there. You could even execute this script on
windows, if you put the Windows version of wget in the same directory.
Afterwards copy the downloaded to your Ubuntu system using an USB stick
or a CD. Choose Install downloaded packages in Synaptic.
