Public bug reported:

I download kubuntu 9.04 alpha-5 iso, and boot my box with it.

my computer :
cpu : p4 2.6GHz
ram : 512 MB
chipset : 910GL

After very very slow booting, I reach the desktop.
Then I click "install" icon to start installation.
Following setup wizard, I finally reach the STEP "Partition". There was a blank
partition list, with all BUTTON enable, I can click any 'xxx partition yyy'
button, but No response. I think the reason is that the installer cannot find
any disk device.

but, on terminal, via 'df' or 'mount' command, I can find any known
partition.

I think it is a bug of installer of kubuntu 9.04 alpha-5.

please check it
