Public bug reported:

I'm using dapper on a powerbook that is connected to a wpa encrypted
network. When I enter the plain text passpharse network manager is
unable to connect to the network, but when I tried tried the psk
passphrase generated by wpa_passphrase it worked. So, long story short,
I looked through network-manger's source and I noticed that libnm-util0
wasn't compiled with the -DWORDS_BIGENDIAN flag. After I recompiled
libmn-util with this flag I was able to connect to my network.

NOTE: this flag is only required for the ppc arch. My Dell laptop, also
running dapper, connects to the network just fine with network manager
without recompiling it.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
