Thanks for your reply. I use Dapper 6.06. Unfortunately, /var/log/messages or
/var/log/syslog show nothing pertinent, as dmesg also shows nothing.
As I said in the bug report, I am unable to reproduce the problem -- and
fortunately it has not happened lately. I went as far as creating a
cron job to reboot the system if the connection drops, but that is as
"fixed" as I have gotten it.
If there is any other info you may need, please let me know.
