You seem to have lost window borders. To fix this, go to the "System"
menu at the top panel of Gnome, then "Preferences", then "Appearance".
Now choose the last tab, "Visual Effects", and choose the first option
"None" for your visual effects. You can probably change back to what you
had before now.
Does this happen always, or was it just a random problem? And, is this
with compiz enabled I assume?
It hope it is possible to understand my instructions!
