when i was using openoffice.org base , the title bars would vanish or become
clear making selecting it almost impossible and just distracting, wrong and ugly
This effects all windows with a title bar while openoffice.org is open but as
soon as I close openoffice.org all affected title bars return to normal
I have attached a screen shot as a photo >= 1000 words
