I tried to reproduce your crash-case, but could not trigger the
mentioned crash. Furthermore I have the impression that your reported
bug is triggered by gimp itself and does not have anything to do with
notify-osd. I've no idea why notify-osd shows up there. Furthermore gimp
does not use or depend on libnotify, notify-osd or notifications in
general.
