The changes in 2:2.6.1-1ubuntu2 (http://launchpadlibrarian.net/22429963 /xserver-xorg-video-intel_2%3A2.6.1-1ubuntu1_2%3A2.6.1-1ubuntu2.diff.gz) seem so innocuous, I wonder if there isn't some secondary effect here.
Maybe a toolchain problem?
