I've tested the patch directly from v4l mercurial repository, works perfectly. Configuration: OpenSuSE 10.3, vdr 1.6.0, kernel 2.6.22.19, firmware v2.7 extracted as decribed in linux/Documentation/video4linux/extract_xc3028.pl, checked only DVB-T part.
On that machine, I'm using both the `old' Terratec Cinergy HT PCI produced Q1/2007 (based on SAA713x) and this newer one of Q1/2009 (based on XC3028). femon of vdr reports a significantly lower signal strength (by a factor of 2 to 2.5) and a slightly lesser SNR (80%..90% compared to 100%) for the new card compared to the old one, although picture and sound quality is comparable. -- Driver for terratec cinergy ht pci mkII https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/237982 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
