* debian/patches/01_fix-windows-focus-on-map.patch: cherry-pick from upstream
svn to fix a focus issue with update-manager (LP: #335928).
* Reenable quilt:
- debian/control: build-dep on it
- debian/rules: include quilt.make and readd correct deps on patch and
unpatch
- debian/patches/series: added.
