Hi, I have the same problem. My hardware is: AMD 9950 4Gb Supertalent DDR2 RAM Asus M3N78-VM motherboard HD Maxtor 160 GB Ide DVD RW LG GH20NS15 SATA
I have instaled Ubuntu Intrepid 64bits, also the same problem still if I boot with Intrepid 32bits.
