Public bug reported:
When there is an update which depends on the installation or the
uninstallation of other packages, kpackagekit will show this package as
"blocked" instead of suggesting the installation of the dependent
packages. The same operation in Synaptic will suggest to install the
required packages and will execute the upgrade successfully.
