I've copied packages to Jaunty and tested them, and I get the same
error. The problem is definitely that gnunet should require
libmicrohttpd5. Fix should be pretty straightforward.
Now, the second problem is strange, and I'm not able to reproduce it in
Jaunty. I'd suggest you reinstall the gnunet-gtk package.
