Binary package hint: xsane
Start xsane, put item in hopper of HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One
printer/scanner/copier/fax, and press button to acquire preview. Scanner
starts moving, pulls first page in part way, power light flashes, lcd
panel says "Scanning..". Xsane becomes unresponsive.
