I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X60s with built-in UMTS modem. It works fine
after loading the module manually:
>From lsusb:
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 1199:6804 Sierra Wireless, Inc.
The necessary modprobe call is:
sudo modprobe usbserial vendor=0x0483 product=0x2016
How can I find out why this module isn't loaded?
