 Yes. :(
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
 Two people with MSN Messenger accounts, one on a Windows computer running te 
latest Windows Live Messenger version and one on Ubuntu 8.10 and  Pidgin 2.5.2. 
Then, if one of those two tries to send a file to the other, it does not work 
in the way shown below.

 I am behind a router, yes.
