temporarily assigning to the mount package
keheliya, is this still an issue for you?
if it is, could you please attach the file /etc/fstab? also, the next time this 
happens, could you please try typing "sudo mount -a" in a terminal, and tell me 
if this brings back your ntfs partitions?
