Is the system completely locked up? That is, can you hit ctrl-alt-f2 to
get to a VT? If just the installer window is frozen, can you please run
the installer in debug mode (`ubiquity -d` in a terminal window) and
attach /var/log/installer/debug, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman
when the installer freezes.
