This selects the correct timezone, but lists the city as Tijuana. Because I'm not sure if selecting this will have adverse affects in other settings of the OS (ie, will pesos be by default curency?), I then select Los Angelas. The map then changes from showing the PST timezone to the MST timezone, although the city shown in the map is in the correct location. AFAIK, the correct timezone is still + 1. In the installer, advance to the "Where are you?" step. + 2.
