Public bug reported:
In Hebrew, words may contain the quote " and apostrophe ' character.
Therefore, those characters should not be considered word boundaries.
For instance, using English letters, hel'lo and he"llo would be valid
words.
Examples of Hebrew words which appear incorrectly to the spellchecker:
ג'קי
ליבוביץ'
צה"ל
