[PATCH] option to not automatically maximize new windows (LP: #322226)
- Add /apps/maximus/no_maximize gconf key to control whether applications
are automatically maximised
- Added key schema to maximus.schemas
- Stopped toggling of undecorate from ignoring no_maximize
